The thing I like most about The Secret Garden is the fact that Mary is starting to make friends. At the beginning, Mary was a selfish and tyrannical little pig. Now, the garden is starting to dust cobwebs from her mind. People are starting to like her and she doesn't treat servants like they are below her.
The thing I like most about The Secret Garden is that Mary and Dickon are taking care of the garden. It feels good to know that the garden is in good hands. I can't wait to find out what happens to it!
I like that Mary and Colin are getting along easily. Usually, Mary is not very social, but it seems she's becoming nicer. I also like that The Secret Garden is being taken care of. I'm glad Mary cares about it and doesn't want to let it die.
I like that Mary is different from everyone else in the book. Sure everyone doesn't like her but I like that she is different and I don't think she is completely stubborn, I think she is special.
